At Green Monster UK Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Goods must be in a resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund where goods have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where applicable

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Green Monster UK Limited will provide a replacement, repair or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Once returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 5 working days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exclusions

For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used or installed unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
